We both are working professionals in Bangalore, being married for six years. But we couldn't consummate our marriage. Life came to a standstill, and we were not sure what to do. We have been living in kochi and have been married for 2 years. We had an unconsummated marriage. We were in a relationship for six years and got married. So, we knew each other very well. I and my husband were in relationship for more than ten years and it was three years since we were married when we first met the doctor. My cousin was married for over 4.5 years and were not able to consummate because his wife was suffering from vaginismus. They are settled in north India and was very disappointed and depressed due to this and also they tried consulting 2 gynaecologist there and they both give us the same explanation that there is no issue and they just need to try to work it out. Day by day stress was building up and we had to find a solution. When one of my close friend's sister wanted to get an abortion they met so many gynaecologist doctors in cochin.Everyone demanded high charges because she was unmarried.Then they consulted Dr Radhakrishnan nair in cochin and shared their problem.He helped them without charging anything for abortion as she was unmarried . Initially he refused because he is an infertility specialist. But when they requested he helped them . His fee was 500 rs which is his normal consultation . He did not charge anything for abortion .They directly gave some money to the charity of old homes as a token of appreciation for the timely help.I don't think Dr Radhakrishnan washes his hands off in such a situation.In fact he genuinely helps so many people with various issues.I dont know him personally.Iam putting this review as requested by my friend who consulted Dr.

We visited Mr. Radhakrishan Nair’s clinic after seeing many positive reviews on Google and Practo. We were seeking medical termination for our unplanned pregnancy, but he made us feel guilty at the outset and charged us ₹8000 for medicine that actually costs ₹400. After the first course, we had to take the same medication again, which he suggested we get from Lifeline Hospital for ₹300, the same tablets. After another scan, we found that some part of the procedure was incomplete. When we contacted him, he washed his hands of the matter and advised us to find a hospital to complete the remaining procedure. Such a disappointing experience from a doctor has made it difficult for us to trust medical professionals now.Reply,Dear Dr. Radhakrishnan Nai,Thank you for sharing your story about the financial constraints and excuses, of which we were previously unaware. As a clinician at Lifeline Hospital, I am certain of the availability of the required medication. You managed to arrange the medication later (twice) at its actual price, only after receiving the target amount. Upon further investigation, I have noticed this practice occurring frequently among many doctors.While I have deep respect for the medical profession, individuals like you are a disgrace to the entire community. If you are unable to provide the medication at its actual cost, it would have been more appropriate to refer the patient to a colleague, rather than exploiting the situation and charging 20 times the original price under the guise of charity. I feel ashamed to have encountered someone like you in my life. Never did I imagine that a doctor could be this greedy for money in these times.

I believe that doctor is a great human being and best at his profession. As a couple married for 2.5 years we had an unconsummated marriage.
